M-LOG system is the system of buildin the yearlong houses and summer-resort houses with prefabricated wooden logs. M-LOG is the technology that assures the simplicity of assembly, high-quality of the products and it eliminates all the defects and inconviniences that can appear in the house building system of a solid log.

The prefabricated log of our system is the building material which ensures dimension stability, it is surviable, moisture-proof, deflection – resistant and cracking resistant.

It also has got low thermal conductivity coefficient that means low heat demand. The stability of dimention lets for traditional solutions of the roof construction (without using porters) and the traditional methods of putting doors and windows.

M-LOG technology means the simplicity of the building rate and the guarantee of solid quality of the work.
Ready logs adapted to the project are supplied to the building site directly from the storehouse of our factory, assembled and joined by means of steel connectors. The prefabricated logs have got low weight when we compare them with the solid logs. Thanks to that the house building runs without hoisting equipment. It lets to reduce expenses and the building time is also shortened. The space inside the logs is filled with an insulation material (e.g. insulation M-Pur, rock wool). The insulation gives the wall siutable thermal conductivity coefficient from 0,18 to 0,24 W/m2K. Thanks to the system the negative influence of thermal bridges can be reduced to minimum.
It makes possible to design buildings which index of energy demand on heating puropses E will amount considerably below 26 kWh/m3 a year that means that the cost of heating goes to minimum as well. The houses built with the prefabricated wooden logs guarantee favourable conditions of microclimate in residental compartments. There are many types of the logs to give the customers a great choice of interesting architectural solutions. The structure of internal walls of the house in dependence on individual fancies can be coloured in any colour or can be finished with gypsum-cardboard plates or with panelling or tiles etc.
