The MODU Crescent Conveyor System is based on a stainless steel frame guiding a crescent plastic chain. This plastic chain travels on low-friction plastic extruded wear strips. The products that are to be conveyed ride directly in
on the chain, or on pallets. MODU tradition of designing conveyor with high flexibility and modular concept is changing the sushi/crescent conveyor from custom made to the ready made modular form.

Another innovation from Modu is the scratch proof polycarbonate (PC) Sticker for chain top. The special sticker is able to be printed in various colour images & is easily replaceable according to customer preferences.

The chain Polyoxymethylene (POM) material is a certified food grade material and the crescent shape capable of making sharp radius turn, low friction, quiet & clean. Conveyor frame are using the highest quality stainless steel either in shining 304BA or normal 3044B.Support are made from extruded anodized aluminum provide a modular yet light weight and highly aesthetic look system. Other custom designs are also available upon request.
