Tube Ice Machine is an ice-making machine that produces tube ice. The tube ice is a kind of hollow cylindrical tubular ice, whose inner hole diameter of 5～15mm,ranging from 40～60mm long. Its external diameter can be divided into three specifications :φ22mm,φ29mm and φ35mm.tube ice widely used for human consumption such as, chilled drinks ,mix wines, preserving food,and also used for chemical cooling ,food processing,meat-processing,fisheries,poultry-processing,meat plants etc. Compared with the flake ice and snow ice,Tube ice has good air permeability for its hollow tubular shape. It is more suitable for storage and transportation because the melting time of the tube ice is longer than the flake ice.,Frozen products more difficult to scratch.

When the refrigeration system begins to work, the gas refrigerant compressed by the compressor .turn into high pressure & high temperature liquid refrigerant .then the liquid liquid refrigerant is cooled by a cooler via condenser. Meanwhile. the water in the tank below is transported from the water outlet to water inlet of upper water tank by the water pump .After the water goes across the water distributor .The water equably flows down along the wall of the heat exchange tube.The refrigerant exchange the heat with the flowing water via evaporation,and take the heat through force-circulation.Some of the water become tube ice,while the water which doesn’t become ice return to the bottom water tank,the water contines circulating. hence,the tube ice gets thick gradually.and the hole of tube ice also becomes smaller and smaller.
After a period of time,water stops circulating and refrigeration system shift into ice cutting model.the evaporator is filled with high pressure & high temperature refrigerant. The tube ice is heated .The ice begin melt and fall off.At the same time ,the cutting wheel driven by motor cut the tube ice into small pieces.
