Our company, Galipoğlu Hidromas is a hydraulic pump manufacturer located in Turkey.

You have met with our boss Mr. Yaşar Gül and sales manager Mr. Burak Dumancı in EMO fair Hannover.

In attachment, you can find our standart products covers and bodies. These pieces are made by GG26 cast and then they are embroided by sawdust process.
After this process and before mounting the pieces, they are subjected to cleaning process. We need an automation solution to clean this pieces efficiently and rapidly.

The drawings show the smallest and biggest dimensions of our products. The other ones are between these measurements. In one worrking day (10.5 hour), we need to clean 400 different dimensioned pieces.

The weight's of pieces will be between 3,5- 10,5 kg.
The contaminants will be dry.

The pieces are firstly passing from filing manufacture process and exposes to boron grease.
Moreover it's possible that the pieces will expose to other kinds of greases while they are carried by workers manually.
After raspings process the pieces are cleaned.

The pieces will be loaded and unloaded manually.
