plas Two CNC cutting machines SCORPION 3000G provided by PIERCE CONTROL AUTOMATION Ltd. are installed on the promises of the company. Profiled steel parts are manufactured from plates of 10 mm - 250 mm gauge, of 2700mm - 12000mm width and of up to 5 tons weight on the above-mentioned machines, using the gas - oxygen method. Profiled parts from plates of 1 - 10 mm width are produced on SPITFIRE 2000 HDP cutting machine provided by PIERCE CONTROL AUTOMATION Ltd and equipped with KJELLBERG HiFocus 100 plasmic system provided by KJELLBERG ČR Ltd.

It is used for the production of steel and alluminium profiled parts of maximum width 2000mm x 6000mm and maximum weight 2 tons.


Since 2002, the company is a holder of the stablished System of Quality Management Certificate for separating plates by cutting - for production of profiled steel parts and detail locksmith products.

Certificate No SJ-819/2002 complies with the requirements of ČSN EN ISO 9001 : 2002 stadard and expires on 31. 12. 2006. It was issued by STAVCERT Praha Ltd., certification body No 3024, accredited by the Czech Accreditation Institute, which provides system of quality certification according to ČSN EN 45012.
