Gerda ZW 550 lock has been awarded a dass C certificate (the highest category for protection against burglary attack) by the Institute of Precision Engineering whilst Gerda ZW 520 achieved class B certificate.

The following features of Gerda ZW 550 and ZW 520 locks ensure the highest level of protection against burglary attack:
• three solid steel locking bolts,
• two hardened steel plates protecting the lock against drilling on both sides (steel is enriched with molybdenum which increases the hardness and resistance to crushing).
