The average specific gravity of beech is 720 kg/m³. The natural resistance of Beech is low, which requires interior applications for the product. Usually the Beech wood used for the panels is not steamed. Panels of mildly steamed Beech can be made available upon request.
Beech makes an exspecially hard and smooth surface and takes all kinds of varnish, oil, stain and lacquer very well.
