The transfer of data from the matrix onto the polycarbonate discs is performed on specialized appliances in the replication department. The discs finally become a CD or DVD discs, which all of us know. The processes are performed with the use of Netstal and Sinulus appliances. All of the machines for replication are equipped with forms of AWM – a Swiss company.

The machinary of the replication department is supplemented with the latest technologically appliances. Due to that we keep up with worldwide trends in the field of replicating CD and DVD discs. The fact that we own machines with forms to replicate the Mini discs (diameter 80 mm) is our additional asset. At all final lines there are installed scanners eliminating imperfect and defective discs. The discs are tested using Datarius testers; Datarius company is one of the two companies manufacturing the appliances for checking the optical and electronic parameters of CD and DVD discs. These testers check also the compliance of manufactured discs with the parameters of Philips’s books. The discs which fulfill the requirements, and only such discs leave the replication department in GM Records, can be played in every CD and DVD player all around the world.
