a) Liquid Painting Booths
i.] Manual Booth
In water curtain booth there is water wall on rear side of operator. The overspryed paint is carried alognwith water wall towards venturi opening of booth where the paint get continuously mixed with waters. The chemicals added in water breaks the paint into its harmless constituents like pigment, resins and solvents. The solvents are let out in atmosphere through exhaust blower.
In Manual booth using metallic filters - there is wall of metallic filter in front of operator. The oversprayed paint will be entrapped in the filter during its passage to exhaust.

A- Side Draught Water wash
B- Dry Back type
ii.] Auto Booth
In this the booth is with water curtain / metallic filters as expained in auto booth. Only the painting application with automatic bell applicator / Disc Applicator

Most innovative applicator is disc type, which moves at certain rpm and also reciprocator. Powder is a sprayed through the periphery centrifugally. Article moves around the dist and gest coated. It mostn suitable for large volumes and can replace 2 reciprocators & 4 autoguns.
