Rago has about 150 hectares of growing fields, approximately 90% under tunnel. We are probably one of the best organized, cleanest well run facilities in southern Europe.

For over 114 years Rago has strived to be a leader in agriculture. We are constantly improving the quality of our baby leaf products and other products and testing new varieties. Our agronomist are well known and respected. Our lead agronomist is a chief researcher at one of Italy’s leading agriculture research center.
We test the well and we test our irrigation system. We test the soil before we plant and we test our all products before we harvest.

Rago is proud to have been certified by all the major certifying bodies including BRC, EuroGAP, IFS, ISO and more. We have 10 hectares of farm land that is ICEA organic certified with 25 hectares in conversion that will be ready next year.

We offer a full line of baby leaf year round and many seasonal crops as well.

Rago also has a new division, Rago Europe s.r.l. which assist other local growers market their products in Northern, Central and Eastern Europe.
