PFQ Volute Strong Impact Crusher is a newly developed series effective impact crusher manufactured by our company. It bases on the advanced overseas model such as German, Austria and so on. It is applicable for primary, secondary and fine crushing various materials with maximum feeding less than 500mm and compression strength less than 250Mpa. It features in independent structure, easy operation, effective and economize on energy, shape of product-cube, adjustable size of discharge granularity, optional crushing process for simplification of crushing flow and cost saving. It can be widely used in the fields of water and electricity, highway, sanding and crushing, and so on.


The design of the structure has the unique volute crushing chamber and three crushing sections, P, S, and T. The rotor body is jointed by the taper sleeve without key. It has the effective wear-resisted hammer, inserted installs, inclined bearing bracket, particular jugged lining board, multi-direction opening frame, lead screw or the hydraulic opening setting, which make it convenient to replace wearing parts and overhaul.
