Fonderie Officine Marchigiane srl has been working since 1973, in the aluminium alloys die-casting business, only for account of a third party.
The company covers an area of 9.000 mq., 2000 of which under cover, subdivided into pressing department and deburring – sandblasting department.
We are able to manufacture castings in weight from only a few grams to a maximum of about 10-11 Kg.
All that because our machine fleet consists of:
 Nr. 7 cold chamber die-casting machines, whose power ranges from 170 to 1000 tons, for the most part highly automated;
 Nr. 2 sandblasting machines and several deburring and shearing machines.

 Warehouse operating with “just in time” and “Kan-Ban” method.
The Quality of products are subjected to control in order to assure the Quality of our products.
At present Fonderie Officine Marchigiane is extending a Quality Management System against the requirement of UNI EN ISO 9001/2000.
We expect this Certificate within the month of December 2007.
