This modern factory began its production in July 2004 with a capacity to assemble up to 10,000 units of motorcycles and scooters per month. It is designed for maximum cost efficiency together with high flexibility in switching product mix at any time. More than USD 500,000 is invested in equipment and R&D in 2004, including an emissions testing unit from PIERBURG.

Our quality management system is ISO 9001:2000 certified. Since it is GIANTCO's strong belief that the best quality control is built in, a stringent quality control system is implemented at every production level, coupled with off-line training and improvement programmes for our staff. Using imported testing equipment from Japan and Taiwan, our QC technicians test components piece-by-piece throughout production.

There is also a special purpose Fabrication Centre housing some 20 units of CNC machines equipped with a 3-dimensional coordinate measuring machine by MITUTOYO. This heavy investment serves the purpose of manufacturing high precision engine parts to satisfy particular quality demands and it is an integral part of our continuing R&D effort using designs of Giantco origin.
