The company was formed in 2003 under the directorship of the Malaysian International Trade & Industry and the Directors are the personnel who has vast experience in International Law & Trade. They have also been involved in Exports worldwide. On the manufacturing arm, another company was formed to manufacture and it was set up in the Free Trade Zone of Malaysia.
