The company ELMIKO was launched in 1978 r.
For almost 30 years the company has been specializing in the manufacture of digital medical equipment for the study of the human brain. During the first years of its activity, ELMIKO worked exclusively for the needs of science, co-designing medical equipment for brain diagnostics.

With time, based on accumulated experience, and in cooperation with distinguished engineers and neurophysiologists, the first original design of an electroencephalograph, named DigiTrack was developed.

During the 25 years that followed, ELMIKO significantly broadened the spectrum of its activity. Today, besides the manufacture of digital equipment for medicine, ELMIKO is also engaged in training. We organize courses for physicians in the field of neurophysiology and we operate our own topical publishing agency.

The predominant direction, in which the company is heading, however, is the development of specialized software for the analysis of the brain’s bioelectrical functions.
The software developed by ELMIKO operates not only in equipment of our own manufacture but also for the needs of scientific research institutions, as well as with equipment from other manufacturers.

After many years of activity, we can conclude with satisfaction that the leading position of ELMIKO on the Polish market is well based. This is substantiated by over 500 equipment working with the DigiTrack system in Polish hospitals and private health care.
