CONTROLMATICA ZAP-PNEFAL Sp. z o.o. was established in result of fusion of the companies ZAP-AUTOMATYKA Sp. z o.o. and ZSA MERA-PNEFAL Sp. z o.o.
The Company's shareholder is:
MERA-PNEFAL S.A. 100%.
The new company - in result of general succession - took over full activity scope as well as all the legal and financial commitments.


COMPANY'S ORGANIZATION
The headquarters of Company's Board - part of Marketing and Development Department and place of production - is Ostrów Wielkopolski.
This is the centre of automation for power engineering and ecology, the place of realisation of technological plants, the sales and servicing of customers from the southern and western Poland is also performed here.
The other part of Marketing and Development Department is located in the Warsaw office. Warsaw will also be the automation centre of chemistry, petrochemistry and food industry, they will render the service activity, sales and servicing of customers from the northern and eastern Poland will also be performed there.
Such organisation is to enable contacts with customers as well as faster and full servicing. The company's organisational structure corresponds to modern management principles, providing efficient customers' servicing.

The main task of CONTROLMATICA ZAP-PNEFAL Sp. z o.o. Ltd. Co. is as best as possible fulfilling of purchasers' needs. The basis of our efforts is market orientation, recognising of its present and future needs.
The decision on the appointing of company was undertaken, with consideration of more advantageous co-operation with our customers - they obtain much better commercial terms and widened production and service offer. This will be possible by combining the production, technical, intellectual and financial potential of the two companies operating in automation market so far.
