In March 2003 Rail Poland bought two companies: ZEC TRANS sp. z o. o. in Wroclaw and PPUH Kolex sp. z o. o. in Wlosienica gathering 100% of shares in both companies' stock. Each of these companies in August 2003r received license for railway transport and for railway stock rental. These were first such licenses in Poland. Due to court decision on 25.10.2004 Rail Poland took over the companies PPUH Kolex and ZEC TRANS. Since this moment we constitute one company Rail Poland located in Warsaw with two regional branches Region South with its seat in Wlosienica and region Lower Silesia with its seat in Wroclaw.

- reliability in executing services,
- managing complexity of servicese.
* Organic growth of Rail Polska through co-operation with present and new customers and the development of existing products

* Make major investments in rolling stock

* Develop Rail Polska's organizational structure in order to provide high-level services
